[Xenro] Postmark Email connects XenForo to Postmark’s HTTPS API. Send registration confirmations, password resets and forum notifications without using SMTP ports or running a local mail server.

Postmark appears in XenForo’s standard email transport selector. Delivery settings, incoming events, email replies and setup instructions are managed from the admin control panel.

Requirements: XenForo 2.3.13+, PHP 8.2+, OpenSSL and mbstring. Your server must allow outgoing HTTPS connections on port 443. An approved Postmark sending account, verified sender/domain and Server API Token are required.

Webhooks require a publicly accessible HTTPS forum. Email replies additionally require Postmark Inbound processing and an inbound address or dedicated subdomain. Replies accept plain text; attachments, automatic replies and HTML-only replies are rejected. This add-on does not provide a general mailbox.

External service and privacy: Postmark is required, and its fees are separate from the add-on. Sending and validation transmit email addresses, message content, attachments, permitted headers and stream information to Postmark. Real sends include the Server API Token. Postmark also receives the server IP and forum URL through the HTTP user agent. Incoming mail is received by Postmark and forwarded to your forum. Open and link tracking are disabled.

Installation, upgrade and uninstall do not contact an external server or download executable code. No public branding or copyright message is added.
